Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day of the completed order processing to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP & LOCAL DELIVERY – Are not available. Physical products will be mailed via USPS to your address and digital products are downloaded electronically.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING – is not available at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic shipping rates will apply unless a promotion for special or free shipping charges is advertised. Shipping charges apply to physical products. Digital products are not subject to shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not ship internationally.
REFUNDS - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery of physical products, if the item is unused, unworn and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@theesteemedshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
